The whole floor

Dinner, the program and the ask — with a backdrop that does the talking.

Set a plated dinner across the 7,800-square-foot floor, raise a stage for the program, and line the perimeter with auction tables — all on one level, with the classic-car collection as the room's centerpiece.

It is a setting donors remember, which is half the job of a fundraiser. Open vendor policy, in-house staging and sound, and a 40-foot bar mean your team controls the night and the budget.

Built for the ask.

Cocktails, dinner, the program and the auction — sequenced through one room so the night keeps its momentum.

A backdrop sponsors fight for.

The collection makes a step-and-repeat people actually want to stand in front of. Light it to your colors, place logos at the bar and stage, and give partners photos worth re-sharing.

Gala questions.

What organizers and committees ask first. For a walkthrough and a quote, call Rick.

How many guests can a seated gala hold?

Up to 135 guests across 7,800 square feet of auto shop and covered terrace.

Is there staging and A/V for the program?

Yes. The open floor takes a stage and podium, and the in-house projector and sound system carry the program, awards and any video for the giving moment.

Is there room for a live or silent auction?

Yes. The single-level floor fits seated dinner, a stage and auction or display tables at once, so live and silent auctions run without crowding the dinner.

Can we bring our own caterer and bar?

Yes. 51 Club has an open vendor policy, so you can bring your own caterer and bartenders or use the preferred list. The 40-foot bar is included.

Can we brand the space for sponsors?

Yes. Event lighting, the stage and the classic-car backdrop give sponsors strong photo and logo placement, and the cars themselves make a memorable step-and-repeat.

How do we book a gala date?

Request your date through the contact form or call 407-832-4044. Tours are by appointment and hosted by owner Rick.
